Where wisdom becomes rhythm, and practice becomes a way of life.
The Source is a living, ongoing space of practice — a sangha — for those who do not want wisdom to remain theoretical or occasional,
but woven into the way they live.
In the Vedic tradition, these sciences were never meant to be accessed only in moments of crisis or retreat. Yoga, Āyurveda, and Jyotiṣa (Vedic Astrology) are guides for daily life — for how we move, eat, rest, relate, and respond to change. They are systems of timing, rhythm, and relationship, meant to help us live in greater coherence with ourselves and the world around us.
The Source exists to support that remembering.
Why The Source Exists
Many people come to this work through healing, mentorship, or deeper study — and then ask the same question:
How do I actually live this?
The Source is the answer to that question.
It is not a program to complete, nor a curriculum to master. It is a shared field of practice that evolves as life evolves.
As the seasons shift, as planetary influences change, as the nervous system responds to the world — so do we. The Source offers guidance that meets these changes with steadiness rather than overwhelm.
The Three Sister Sciences, Brought Together
When Yoga, Āyurveda, and Jyotiṣa are held together, they offer something rare: specific guidance for specific moments in time.
Yoga supports the body, breath, and mind through practice
Āyurveda guides daily rhythm, nourishment, and self-care
Jyotiṣa offers timing, insight, and understanding of cycles and influence
In The Source, these are not taught in isolation. They are integrated into simple, accessible practices that reflect what is most supportivenow.
This may mean:
Short, grounding practices during intense periods
Longer, reflective practices when the system is ready
Seasonal adjustments to routine and care
Awareness of astrological shifts and how they may be felt in the body and mind
The intention is always the same:to help practice land into real life.
