Nourishing Tips

Make It Your Own

Pair the pepper. A pinch of freshly cracked black pepper helps your body absorb turmeric's beneficial compounds more effectively.

Add greens. Toss the warm cauliflower over a bed of arugula or massaged kale for a fiber-rich, gut-supportive meal.

Make it a bowl. Serve over quinoa or cauliflower rice with tahini drizzle, chickpeas, and fresh herbs for a nourishing plant-forward plate.

Choose quality. Whenever possible, choose organic cauliflower and high-quality extra-virgin olive oil to reduce everyday toxic exposures.
