Meet Coach Les Michelle!
Welcome! I am Lesley "Les Michelle" Sedgwick. I'm a mom, CEO, speaker, author, and Certified Business & Entrepreneurship Coach. As a serial entrepreneur, I have long been the go-to person for friends and family when they needed business clarity and direction. I quickly acknowledged that this was my passion, something which I truly enjoyed doing. When you're good at something...monetize it, right?!
In 2014 I founded Leave it to Lesley LLC, a business development agency supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs with web development, marketing & business start-up support, all while maintaining full-time employment. Soon I was promoted to what I thought was my "dream job", as the Project Manager for the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurial Development at a popular Atlanta HBCU. For someone with such an extensive administrative background, and a love of innovation & entrepreneurship, this was my ideal job; until it wasn't! In 2018 I resigned from "my dream job", and began living in my purpose with passion.
While I knew that Leave it to Lesley was turning a profit, I now needed to put myself in a place where it was not only profitable, but now it had to replace my full-time income. I invested in myself, and my business through learning, workshops, marketing, and coaching. The more I invested and learned, the more my business flourished. I used what I learned in my day-to-day business activities and began sharing that knowledge with my client base.
Receiving feedback from my clients on how they were able to implement the knowledge in their own businesses to grow and scale, inspired me to once again invest in myself. I enrolled in training and coaching to become a life coach with a focus on mindset coaching. I then niched down my life coaching certification to only business and entrepreneurship coaching. After all, that's where my passion lies; so it made sense.
In 2022, I started the Mindset for Business Academy. My mission as a business mindset coach is to guide and assist small business owners in running their businesses more efficiently by helping them clarify the vision for their business, and how it coincides with their personal goals. My processes are geared to leverage a business from where it is, and launch it to where the business owner desires it to be. This is accomplished by group and one-one coaching, training, workshops, and guides.

So now what …..You’ve sacrificed for everyone else, given your life to your family, your kids, your career …and you are getting closer and closer to your midlife or maybe you’re already in your 40’s+….
