Once you complete your registration, you will receive a welcome email with instructions to set up your password and log in. This email will also introduce you to the resources and support available to you as a member. If you are a Navigator Member and have not already signed a contract for previous advocacy services, you will receive one to complete as part of your onboarding.
We use Zeffy to process your monthly payment because it allows 100% of your contribution to go directly to EEI, with no credit card processing fees taken out. This helps us keep our services accessible and our prices low for every family we serve. Your membership will automatically renew on the same date each month. You can cancel at any time, and your service will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer prorated fees or refunds for partial months.
