Beyond the coaching room and the writing desk, I'm a lover of quiet mornings with chai tea in hand, long walks in the forest and spending time with my sweetheart, Vern. Two cats and a giant ball of canine fluff named Snowball share our space, too. Summers are spent trying to lasso the weeds in our permaculture garden, and winters are spent keeping warm around our woodstove.
