My story

I struggled with food and body image issues for many years. I started to diet at about the age of 12. For many years, I was obsessed with controlling my weight, and I started to find my identity in my body. Everything revolved around how much I weighed. 

After doing a LOT of work on myself, through therapy, journaling, reading books, working with different coaches, and just not giving up, I broke free from the hell hole I was in with food. I've tried almost every diet under the sun, was gluten and dairy free for YEARS, and ran my body into the ground from under eating and working out too much. 

Today, I am strong, healthy, and fit. I've found my worth in WHO I am as a person, I can eat gluten and dairy without gut issues, and I've got my bubbly spark back. I'm going to teach you how I did it so you can be healthy and fit and live your life with spunk and freedom!

Pathway 2: Nutrition 101
 
 
Here you will learn how to count macros, how much you actually need to eat to reach your goals, as well as how to improve your gut health, how to know if you need to reverse diet (and how to do it), carb cycling, and much more. I've also created a special cookbook of simple recipes to help you enhance your diet! 

Pathway 3: Workouts and Training Tips
 
 
Choose from a variety of workout plans to best fit your schedule and fitness level! They are simple, effective, and fun! 

Plus, you'll get training video breakdowns to help you with form so you can actually get the most out of your hard work.
