This session teaches you how to catch escalation early and reset in a way that protects the relationship. You’ll learn the difference between a healthy pause and silent punishment and how to call a reset without sounding dismissive.

Week 3: The Clean Repair
Most people don’t know how to come back after they miss. They either avoid it, justify it, or over-explain it. You’ll learn a clean repair method that rebuilds safety and trust, even if the other person is still upset.

Week 4: Revisit and Resolve
This session shows you how to revisit the real issue when you’re in a better place, without re-triggering the same fight. You’ll learn a simple two-round structure for understanding first and agreements second, plus one boundary that prevents repeat blowups.
