Since her early 20s, Michelle has been an entrepreneur and has owned several businesses. After a profound encounter with the Lord, her journey led her to Kansas City in 2005, where she served on the leadership team of the International House of Prayer in the prophetic ministry department. There, she built, taught, trained, and led the prophecy teams on the missions base.
Her time in Kansas City also included seasons of traveling and ministering in various places around the world. She served ministries by helping establish prophetic departments, training leaders, and equipping ministry teams to build thriving prophetic communities.
In 2010, Michelle founded her own prophetic ministry, Ancient Paths International, which eventually evolved into a house of prayer. Along with daily prayer meetings, she discipled both seasoned prophetic people and those just beginning in their gifts. Through internships, seminars, conferences, and mentorship, people grew in their gifts and, alongside Michelle, helped minister to leaders nationally and internationally through her platform.
Michelle's ministry also includes providing executive coaching to leaders around the globe in a variety of industry sectors, including finance, entrepreneurship, entertainment and media, ministry, and government—many of whom have influence over millions of people. As an executive coach, she helps leaders improve leadership and management performance by developing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to interact with and influence others in productive ways.
Michelle is passionate about people seeing and encountering Jesus, understanding the season they are in, and receiving wisdom from God on how to respond and practically partner with Him. As a futurist, her ability to impart strategic insight into what God is doing and saying brings perspective and empowerment so others can walk in the fullness of their calling and build the Kingdom confidently in partnership with God.
She is also gifted in diagnosing root issues in personal relationships and groups, including churches, business groups, and organizations. She brings insight, wisdom, and practical solutions that create understanding and advancement.
In 2016, Michelle relocated back to her hometown of Orlando, Florida. On a daily basis, she provides executive consulting to leaders and organizations, as well as personal coaching to individuals. She travels nationally and internationally, speaking in churches, houses of prayer, conferences, and business groups. Much of Michelle’s ministry in recent years has been in Europe, predominantly in Ukraine.
In this Breakthrough Session, I experienced a series of dramatic shifts and advancement in multiple areas of my life. I received clarity in a number of areas and discovered new keys to fulfill my call and purpose. It was transformational!
