Welcome to The NeuroAffirming Coach, where I, Natasha Benenson, specialize in empowering brilliant neurodivergent young adults, ages 18-25, to confidently claim their independence. Whether you are a recent graduate or a college student facing challenges with ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), you are not alone. We understand that standard systems designed for neurotypical brains may not be effective for everyone.

Natasha H. Benenson is the founder of The Neuro-Affirming Coach, LLC.

She specializes in empowering Neurodivergent youth and young adults, typically aged 18-25, who are transitioning into independent adulthood. Her mission is to help these high-potential individuals close the gap between their potential and daily execution.
Natasha helps clients co-create bespoke, brain-aligned systems and scaffolding to build essential skills in:
  • Executive Function
  • Self-Regulation
  • Self-Advocacy
She works from a Neuro-Affirming perspective, focusing on leveraging unique cognitive patterns rather than trying to "fix" the brain. She is located in Virginia and is a Board Certified Coach and Certified Autism Specialist.
