Meet Coach Shannon

As a Double-Certified Nutrition Coach, I am passionate about wellness and emotional health and committed to helping women 45+ create meaningful change in their lives. My mission is to help women find more joy, build new habits, and support longevity in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.

For the past 7 years, I have worked as a coach, supporting women in improving their health, mindset, and daily routines. I have also worked with physicians who refer patients to me, allowing me to help clients take a well-rounded approach to their wellness journey. 

Over the years, I have coached more than 2000 people, helping them make lasting lifestyle changes that support their overall well-being. I believe true transformation comes from combining nutrition, emotional support, and sustainable habits that create long-term success.

I also love to travel and bring that passion into my work by offering wellness retreats, group coaching, and one-on-one coaching experiences designed to inspire growth, connection, and lasting change.
