January – March 2027  |  Limited to 3–5 Companies

The Visibility Roundtable

A 90-day marketing build for custom home builders and design-build remodelers who know marketing matters but aren't sure what to do next.

One goal. One small group. One strategist who knows your industry. Finished by March.

You're already marketing. You just can't tell if it's working.

You have a website, Google Analytics, Search Console, and a Google Business Profile. You're doing home shows, maybe some print, maybe some AI-written blog posts. But two questions keep coming back: Is my marketing working? And what should I do next?

"I have no idea if I even show up when someone asks ChatGPT for a builder in my area."
"Our website looks good. I just can't tell if it's actually bringing in the right leads."
"I know what I should be doing. I just don't have the time, or anyone checking whether I did it."

Here's the hard part. A homeowner might ask an AI tool which builder to call before she ever types your name into Google. And ChatGPT and Google can recommend completely different companies for the same question.

Most of the advice you get is either generic content written for everyone or a tool that promises to fix things for $10 a month. Generalist coaches use the same playbook for a builder that they'd use for a dentist.

You don't need more noise. You need a plan, a person to talk it through with, and a deadline that actually gets it done.

How It Works

Pick one goal. Finish it in 90 days.

The Roundtable is a small group of 3–5 builders and remodelers working together January through March 2027. Each member picks one marketing goal and gets it done.

December

Build your blueprint

January–March

Meet, work, and stay accountable

After 90 days

Review and plan what’s next

Blueprint Session (December)

A 60-minute 1:1. Before we meet, I look at your website and where you stand in search. Together we pick your one 90-day goal, define what "done" looks like, and map the milestones. You head into 2027 with a plan.

Monthly 90-Minute Group Call

Same agenda every time: check in on commitments, cover one "is it working?" topic, work through what each person is facing, and leave with 1–2 concrete actions for the month ahead.

Monthly 1:1 With Me

25–30 minutes each month. We can dig into your data together, or use the time on whatever is most pressing that month. It's your call.

Accountability Built In

The next Roundtable call is the deadline. Between sessions, a private community space for questions and quick gut-checks. Sometimes I answer, and sometimes another member who's already been there does.

90-Day Review

We look at what changed in your numbers, pick your next goal, and go straight into the next round with a plan already in place. Marketing doesn't have a finish line.

What we work on

What you're seeing in your numbers: website traffic, local search, AI search visibility, what's working and what isn't. And the pages that do the heavy lifting on your website, your service pages and project portfolio. We check whether they show up when people nearby search for what you do, and whether they help the right homeowners decide to call.

What it isn't

It isn't a course, and it isn't done-for-you. I guide, and you do the work. It isn't a community with hundreds of people and a feed nobody keeps up with. It's a small, focused group where everyone knows what everyone else is working on, and every member gets one-on-one time with me each month.

Tess Wittler

Meet your strategist

Hi, I’m Tess.

I’ve spent about 30 years working in residential construction and have focused exclusively on marketing for builders, remodelers, and the trades who serve them since 2007. I know how easy it is to get buried in marketing advice that doesn’t fit your business.

That’s why we start with your numbers and your goals, then decide what’s worth doing next. Below are a few examples of what that approach looks like in practice.

Diagnose before prescribing.

I've spent about 30 years in residential construction, starting inside the Pennsylvania Builders Association and the BIA of Lancaster County. Since 2007, I've worked only with builders, remodelers, and the trades who serve them. Here's how it works in practice.

Home builder & remodeler, Pennsylvania

Monthly clicks from Google rose 43%, and the company now ranks #1 on Google for local searches comparing builders in its area. A remodeling search where it wasn't ranking at all moved into the top six in about five months.

Design-build remodeler, Northern Virginia

New location pages rank #2 to #5 on Google for kitchen remodeling searches in the towns it serves. The best-performing page brings in about 170 visits a month.

Design-build remodeler, Dallas

It had just paid another agency more than $10,000 for a website that brought in almost no traffic. We fixed the foundation before publishing anything new, and within 90 days one project page went from 1 visit to 116.

Each of these started the same way: figuring out what was working, what wasn't, and what to fix first. I can't promise rankings or lead numbers. I can promise we'll look at the real picture.

"Her knowledge of SEO principles that produce results is second to none and a big reason why we continued to get leads during the AI search shift."

— Scott H., design-build remodeler

"Tess is a true professional. Communicates clearly with the client, develops a guide on how to proceed with measurable goals and benchmarks… So glad we found her."

— Mark M., new home builder

"She has such great ideas and brings industry knowledge to the table that has really helped us over the years."

— Dan M., custom home builder

"She did a great job taking our industry knowledge and shaping it into something informative, relatable, and valuable for homeowners considering a remodel."

— Michael B., design-build remodeler

Who it's for

Custom home builders and remodelers who have the basics in place: a website, Google Analytics, Search Console, and a Google Business Profile. You or someone on your team creates content, maybe with AI, and you want to know whether it's working.

Maybe you work with an agency or freelancer and want a clearer picture of what's being done. You want a plan and a person to talk it through with, not more content to produce or another tool to manage.

You're comfortable sharing your numbers with a small group of peers, ready to follow through, and able to commit to the full 90 days.

The Roundtable is limited to 3–5 companies. I'd rather get it right than get it big.

Questions builders ask me

Is this done-for-you?
No. I guide, and you do the work. That's the point. You leave with a finished goal and a better understanding of your own marketing, not a dependency on someone else.
What if I'm missing some of the basics?
Apply anyway. If January isn't the right fit yet, I'll suggest another way I can help.
I already work with an agency. Is this still for me?
Yes. Many members want a clearer picture of what's being done and whether it's working. We'll look at your numbers together so you can ask better questions.
Can the person who handles our marketing join?
Yes. A second seat for the person who handles your marketing is included at no extra cost.
What's the time commitment?
A 60-minute Blueprint Session in December, one 90-minute group call and one 25–30 minute 1:1 each month, plus the work on your goal between calls. You'll need to commit to the full 90 days.
Why is this program 90 days?
Ninety days gives you enough time to choose one marketing goal, do the work, and start seeing what’s changing. It’s also short enough to keep that goal from getting buried under everything else you’re running.

Rather than trying to fix your whole marketing plan at once, we focus on one thing for the quarter. At the end, we look at the progress you’ve made, what your numbers tell us, and what makes sense to work on next. Marketing doesn’t have a finish line, but each 90-day stretch should move you forward.
What happens after the 90 days?
At the end of the 90 days, I'll review what changed with you and help you identify your next goal. Then the group will decide together whether to continue for another round. There's no automatic commitment beyond the first 90 days.
What happens after I apply?
The application is short: a few questions about your business and where you're at. If it looks like a fit, we set up a quick call to talk it through. Blueprint Sessions start in early December, so applying sooner means getting your 90-day plan sooner.

Marketing doesn't have a finish line. Your next 90 days can.

Three to five builders and remodelers. One goal each. A plan, a deadline, and someone who knows your industry checking in. Let's figure it out together.
