Case Stage/Status
I understand this is a Diagnostic Assessment only and does not include a call, consultation, legal advice, or implementation.

What You’ll Walk Away With

In 7–10 minutes, this diagnostic will help you:
✔ Identify the presence or strength of your current strategy;
✔ See which aspects of the process are jeopardizing the future of your case;
✔ Understand the parts of your case that may be exposed;
✔ Clarify what type of support you actually need;
✔ Determine whether your decisions are hurting or helping your case.
This is not surface-level insight, it goes much deeper than that.
You need to know what's hidden underneath all the chaos.

What the Strategic Case Diagnostic Assessment Is

This is a Diagnostic Assessment created for people already inside an active Family Court case.
It is designed to:
  • Identify strategic issues influencing how your case is unfolding;
  • Reveal reactive or impulsive decisions carrying disproportionate risk;
  • Flag critical patterns related to timing, positioning, and presenting the strongest case;
  • Clarify whether deeper strategic work is necessary.
This assessment is about "seeing" the REAL issues in your case, NOT actually fixing them.

You're addressing issues that aren't the problem, time to stop the hemorrhaging.

What This Assessment Is Not

To avoid confusion, this assessment does NOT include:
  • A call, meeting, or live analysis;
  • Legal advice';
  • A strategy plan or roadmap;
  • Instructions on what to file or how to proceed.
Execution and planning occur only inside our signature MyCaseMap (4, 12 or 24-weeks) programs.
NOTE: You need to complete the Diagnostic BEFORE we can work on creating a strategy and executing it.

Who This Assessment Is Best Suited For

This Diagnostic Assessment is best fit if you:
  • Have an active Family Court case (not if you haven't started one yet);
  • Have been in Family Court 6 months or longer;
  • Are dealing with procedural complexity, such as:
    • Temporary or interim orders;
    • Repeated or contested motions;
    • GAL or custody evaluator involvement;
    • DV, PA or other sensitive issues.
  • Heading to Settlement conference or trial

    If you are early in the process, seeking general education, or looking for emotional guidance, this is likely not the right starting point.

What You Will Receive:

After completing the Diagnostic Assessment, you will receive:
  • A Strategic Diagnostic Output identifying key issues and pressure points;
  • Insight into what exactly is driving your case down the destructive path;
  • Clarity on whether structured strategic work would be appropriate.
You will NOT receive a plan, instructions, or implementation guidance. If you need a solid Gameplan (strategy), answers to the most critical questions (not legal advice) or guidance on making your next move then you can sign up for one of the MyCaseMap programs AFTER you complete the Diagnostic Assessment.

Tracey Bee JD, Family Court Strategist

Family law professional with more than 25 years experience in family law and Family Court.

Our mission at The Divorce Solutionist is to provide what way too many people are missing in Family Court, a grounded understanding of what is really going on in their divorce or custody case. This key missing component is the major cause of the dissonance many experience as they try to move through the court process. Whether it be a clear view of what the key issues are, a glimpse of the "ugly truth" of Family Court, a solid gameplan to combat the challenges or a combination of all of the above, people are "lost" and most of the time they don't even know it. We want to change this narrative for people like you by providing tools like the Diagnostic Assessment, as well as the services that help to address what the Diagnostic reveals.
