- Therapy delves into the past to address deeper emotional or psychological issues. It’s designed to help heal trauma, improve mental health, and address underlying conditions.
If your primary concern is exploring unresolved emotional issues, therapy may be more appropriate. If you want to take proactive steps to overcome barriers and achieve your artistic goals, coaching is a better fit.
