The best part of a life full of experience and adventures is you can pass the wisdom forward! I'm a Christian, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a business owner, and a woman of many talents. I've worked in retail, the medical field, construction, and administration. The last 10 years has been an exciting career in fitness as a Personal Trainer, Group Class instructor and owner of the iGi Fitness studio in Port Orchard, WA.
In my adventures called life I have experienced trauma, recovery, loss, success, sorrow, victory and medical tragedy. I've made mistakes of all kinds and celebrated wins of all sizes. I've had regret and I've felt proud. Everything from the day I was born until now has been a part of creating who I am today. It has all served a purpose!
I am passionate about encouraging others to love their life, right where they are, just how it is so that gratitude flourishes.
