Not only can I not wait to share the holistic practices that have worked for me and my lovlies, I LOVE to design programs specifically for the inner athlete in all of us! There is no need to put up with pain every day or feeling like you can't do all the other programs out there because they are too intense.  My moto is and always has been...Some is better than none.  
And there ARE days when you just can't...I get it because I've been there, and I have put together programs for those moments. Then there are days when you feel as if you can conquer the world! I have those programs too! I just want to encourage you to not give up, you are worth it, even it you start with 2 minutes or 5 reps, it's time to find your strength again.

A Little About Me
I'm Jo, certified everything fitness (LOL) and learning to bring back balance to my every day life! I am married to my best friend, living in Iowa and blessed with 4 amazing kiddos.  But trust me, it hasn't always been (and still isn't) all sunshine and rainbows!  A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and feel like I have been through the ringer ever since then!  My family and I also struggle with autonomic dysfunction, as well as chronic anemia and adrenal Fatigue. Because of this, and our absolute love for sports, fitness, strength, and wellness, I have had to research, try and fail (multiple times...) and am finally discovering what works for me and my family to stay active AND recovered, as well as finding ways for my in person clients to continue to find balance in fitness and health, despite what they may be encountering in everyday life!








 Fitness, Health, and Wellness just isn't what it used to be
And honestly...thank goodness!
It's ridiculous to me to even think about what I used to do in the name of fitness back in the day. Super long lift session, longer HIIT sessions, calorie counting, super restrictive eating patterns, carb cycling, no carbs...the list goes on.
Turns out though, all of that is complete BS 
(& no surprise that we are now all dealing with some form of hormonal, digestive, and adrenal disruption!)
Yes I'm saying it out loud...STOP THE MADNESS!

Because I have worked in the fitness world for so long, every time I felt that I could serve my clients better, I would go out and learn how to do that! I started as a Certified Athletic Trainer and worked with clients through sports injuries, rehab, and prehab. Then I gained my certified strength and conditioning specialist certification (with NSCA) and started working with athletes in a strength and conditioning format! Using those skills I was also able to work with individuals in a personal training and group fitness environment, which I loved, but ended up knowing those clients still needed more, and went back to school to become a licensed Massage therapist. I now own my studio working specifically with sports, acute, and chronic injuries and leading in studio yoga.

Through out all of this I have had a small group of online followers who have continued the in studio trainings online! 
I have decided that what we are doing here at the studio and small scale online, needs to be shared!

It's the community that drives me to keep putting new classes and programs into the membership because I know you can feel amazing and I want to make the easiest path for you to get there!

I have STRUGGLED after my diagnosis, but I decided to never let it define me. I've hid from putting myself out there because I remained insecure about where my body has been. But I'm realizing that this is life, it's never going to be perfectly wrapped up in a bow, and just because I didn't fit the mold of a fitness pro anymore, didn't mean that I don't still know how t0 rehab-prehab-and teach you how to gain a shit ton of strength! Not to mention fix those pesky pain points like tight hips, poor posture, and back pain. I mean seriously, if you are going to make the time for fitness, it might as well be with a purpose!
