Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you believe you made a purchase in error or are experiencing a technical issue, please reach out within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

If you’re unable to attend a live program or workshop, refunds are not guaranteed. However, if you contact us at least 48 hours before the program begins, we may offer a credit toward a future service or event.
