This is the education you should have gotten in 8th-grade health class!
This workshop is a combination of empowering education & conscious compassionate conversation about sexual wellness, with local experts Jen Miles (pelvic floor physical therapist) & Kristin Warnaca (certified dating, love, sex & relationship coach). 

In this workshop you will learn about the pelvic floor muscles, how to be aware of this area (both at the gym and during everyday life), what to do if you need help, and what to do to avoid future problems. Pelvic pain, discomfort with intercourse, bladder leakage or bladder prolapse, Whether you are an athlete, a mom, or a retiree, this class is for you. 

We'll also cover the principles of pleasure, how to trade shame for self-love and acceptance, and how to develop a positive relationship with and awareness of your pelvic floor, womb-space, and eroticism.

Women-identifying humans ages 18+ are welcome to attend this event.

In a world where sexual health is often shrouded in taboo and misinformation, there arises a crucial need for empowerment and education. Recognizing this necessity, we proudly present a unique workshop designed to illuminate the path towards sexual health empowerment. Led by a dynamic duo comprising a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Specialist and Sex & Intimacy Coach, this workshop aims to foster a safe and inclusive space where participants can learn more about their sexual well-being.

Jennnifer Miles is certified pelvic floor specialist with extensive experience in treating pelvic floor disorders and promoting pelvic health. Jen is a trusted community expert for long-lasting relief from sexual pain and incontinence for active women. She takes a whole-body approach to find the 'why' behind your pelvic health struggles, and focuses on long-lasting results, so you can enjoy pain-free sex & freedom of movement without worry.
Kristin Warnaca, Wilder Intimacy Coaching, Certified Erotic Blueprints Sex Coach
Kristin Warnaca is a love, sex & relationship coach & consent educator. The founder of Wilder Intimacy, her specialties in Erotic Blueprints, Wheel of Consent, Devotional Kink, Breakup Mojo and Green Flag Dating are a ‘bridge to love.’ Kristin’s years as a birth doula & hypnotherapist bring deep safety & sacredness to healing, liberation & empowerment. 

Community:

This workshop is for women 18+, anyone who identifies as a woman, or feels that a femme space is right for them, and will focus specifically on pelvic floor anatomy for vulva-bodied humans.
