The ReShape Program offers two payment options.
1. Pay in full for access to the 12 Week Program ($1,999.00)
2. 6 Month Payment Plan.
Includes the 12 week program and 4 months on-going support through the ReShape Graduate Program.
Please note, a $500 enrollment fee is due to access the program.
Once payment has been collected, our office will contact you directly to setup the 6-month payment plan ($289 a month).
If we do not have your payment setup within 3 business days of your purchase you will be removed from the program until the payment plan is setup.
