One-Time $99 enrollment fee and $289 a month for 6 months
Includes the 12 week program and 4 months on-going support through the ReShape Graduate Program.
Please note, the $99 enrollment fee is non refundable and due in order to access the program.
Once payment has been collected, our office will contact you directly to setup the 6-month payment plan ($289 a month).
If we do not have your payment setup within 3 business days of your purchase you will be removed from the program until the payment plan is setup.
