About Steph

I Created This Space Because I Lived It Too

For a long time, I looked like I was holding it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and exhausted on the inside. I knew how to "function" and push through the hard moments. But deep down, I also knew there were wounds, patterns, and a constant state of survival that was running my life.

Like so many women, I tried to talk and think my way into healing. I turned to talk therapy, thinking that was the answer and that I could "fix" everything there. While it helped a little bit, I still felt completely stuck in the same patterns, unhealed, and like nothing was really changing. 

 I knew there had to be a better way. That’s when I started learning how healing actually happens through the body, the nervous system, and the parts of us that have been carrying it all since childhood. 

What changed everything for me was realizing I wasn’t broken, I was trying to protect myself. My body had adapted in order to survive. And when I started approaching healing with compassion instead of shame, things began to shift in a real, lasting way.

A Daily Dose Of Healing was born from my own journey. I created this membership to be the kind of space I wish I had: grounded, supportive, honest, and deeply healing. A place where you can soften, regulate, release, and finally come back home to yourself...one step at a time.
