Discover tranquility in our Tai Chi for Stress Reduction program

Learn how to identify stressors in your life
 How the specific Tai Chi movements, that Janice has identified, target stress.   
Learn how to calm, center, and improve mindfulness.  

Note:  This program can be your first step in your journey of stress resilience and mindfulness.  Some participants take this program before they attended while others took it after finishing the Empowering Your Creativity Program

All our programs provide 

• The class can be attended from the comfort of your own home through live online interaction with Janice.  
Personal guidance and feedback are provided throughout the class.

The class has limited capacity, with only six students, to create a personalized and classroom-like experience for each participant.

• The duration of the class is one hour per week for eight weeks.  BONUS  2 individual sessions with me for 30 minutes each.  We can determine the focus of the individual sessions depending on your personal goals for the class.

In case you miss a class, recordings are available exclusively in the VIP group - Tai Chi for Stress Reduction Beginner Level.
