A deeper path of healing, learning, and integration
There comes a point where insight alone is no longer enough. Where tools, practices, and knowledge—though helpful—remain fragmented. And where something deeper asks to be integrated, lived, and embodied.
The Embodied Pathis the heart of my work. It is not a quick fix or a single modality. It is a space for those who sense that what they need now is coherence—within themselves, their patterns, and their lives.
This path is for individuals who are already holding a great deal—internally and externally—and who feel the call to go deeper. Not to become someone new, but to reconnect with what is already present beneath the surface.
The Approach
My work is integrative by nature, rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern understanding.
I draw from:
Ayurvedic and Yogic framework
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Somatic awareness and nervous system support
Therapeutic insight and contemplative inquiry
Pattern recognition across mind, body, and lived experience
Rather than isolating symptoms or experiences, we look at thewhole system—how the body speaks, how patterns repeat, how beliefs and adaptations were formed, and what is now ready to shift.
Equally important, this work creates space fordigestion—time to slow down, reflect, and integrate—so that healing and transformation are not just understood, but embodied and sustainable.
This is not about forcing change. It is about creating the conditions for clarity, regulation, and meaningful movement forward.
Who This Path is For
The Embodied Path is for you if:
You feel that something is “off,” even if you can’t fully name it yet
You’ve explored personal growth, healing, or spirituality, but it hasn’t fully landed
You carry responsibility, leadership, or caregiving roles and feel the quiet weight of that
You want a holistic, thoughtful approach that honors complexity
You’re seeking depth, not urgency—clarity, not overwhelm
This work meets you where you are, and supports you in moving forward with greater self-trust, coherence, and presence.

These workshops go beyond learning about Ayurveda and Yoga as systems of knowledge. They are designed to help youlive and embodythe wisdom in practical, grounded ways.
Each annual series flows with the seasons and includes live and online components, blending education, somatic practices, reflection, and integration.
Annual Cycle:
Jan / Feb: Somatics & Nervous System Awareness
Mar / Apr: Nutrition & Digestion
Sep / Oct: Immunity, Skin, and Resilience
Oct / Nov: Introduction to Ayurvedic & Yogic Foundations
Each series runs for six weeks and offers tools you can actually integrate into daily life—not as another “to-do,” but as a way of being in relationship with yourself.
Advanced and immersive trainings may be offered in the future for those who feel called to deepen their understanding, embodiment, and capacity to hold space for others.
Details will be shared as this aspect of the work develops.
An Invitation
The Embodied Path is not linear. It is a way of listening, integrating, and allowing life to reorganize from the inside out.
If you feel the quiet recognition—this is the work I’ve been circling—you’re already on the path.
