I have always been fascinated with the body.
How it works, how it functions, how it moves... I am amazed at what our bodies can do.
Do you even know all of the reactions and interactions that are going on in your body 24-7??
Did you know that everything we do, everything we put into and onto our bodies matters?
Everything is connected. Everything matters.
What works for someone else probably won't work for you, because your story is yours. None of us followed the same path to get where we are right now. Our "ingredients" in our "soup" are not the same, we are all unique and have very different stories.
I graduated college with a BS in Nursing and Respiratory Therapy and worked in critical care for over 10 years taking care of very sick people, people with chronic health conditions, that never seemed to get better. On the flip side, I have always been into health and fitness, so over the years, my purpose and direction changed.
I got out of "sick" care and into "health" care.
I help people make health and wellness their lifestyle! This means that nutrition and exercise, mind & body, rest & healing are all totally doable things and things you WANT to do.
