With a Master in Business Studies with a specialization in finance and accounting, I began my career as an accountant in industry. Over the years, I honed my skills and expertise, eventually securing two finance director roles in international market-leading companies.
Throughout my career, my primary role has always been to support quality decision-making within organizations. With a keen eye for financial analysis and an understanding of the intricacies of the business world, I have consistently contributed to the success of the companies I have worked with.
In 2017, however, I felt a strong calling to shift gears and redirect my efforts towards working with passionate entrepreneurs. This led me to transition from the corporate world to becoming a part-time finance director for smaller, more agile businesses. It was during this time that I discovered my true passion for mentoring and coaching aspiring entrepreneurs.
Now, as a dedicated business mentor and coach, I am committed to helping others achieve their goals. Drawing on my extensive experience, I provide invaluable guidance and support to entrepreneurs, empowering them to make informed decisions and navigate the complex business landscape.

Helene's Why
Helene is a compassionate and driven business owner who knows firsthand the challenges that neuro-divergent individuals face. As a mother to two incredible children, both neuro-divergent, she understands the struggles they encounter on a personal and professional level. One of her children identifies as non-binary transgender and is registered disabled. These experiences have fueled Helene's passion for creating a more inclusive society. She firmly believes that entrepreneurship is the key to driving change and making the world a better place. Helene is dedicating the rest of her professional career to empower entrepreneurs and foster sustainability and inclusivity.

Meet Helene, a powerhouse who is unafraid to make bold decisions and take massive action. Born in rural France but with a British heart, she embarked on a life-changing journey at the tender age of 22, leaving everything behind and venturing to the United Kingdom with only what could fit in her car and £50 in her pocket.
Helene's path was adorned with both triumphs and tribulations. With her first marriage came the gift of two beautiful children, who continue to be the source of her greatest joy. However, life threw her a curveball, and she found herself divorced. Undeterred, Helene pressed forward, remarrying and discovering a newfound passion for riding sports motorbikes. Whether on the track or cruising down the highway, she fearlessly navigates life with a sense of adventure and exhilaration.
Raised on a farm, Helene possesses an unbreakable bond with mother earth. Cultivating her own fruits and vegetables, she understands the value of sustainability and the nourishment that comes from a direct connection with nature. Tending to her garden has become a ritualistic practice, intertwining her roots with the very essence of life itself.
But life hasn't always been smooth sailing for Helene. She has faced and triumphed over her own personal traumas. Seeking solace, she delved into the world of meditation and Tai chi, finding inner peace and a renewed sense of self.
