Membership Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Memberships
  • You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months.
  • Access to the membership content, resources, and discussion room will remain active until the end of your billing period.
2. Annual Memberships
  • Annual memberships are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
  • Within the first 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund if you are unsatisfied with the program.
  • Pro-rated refunds will not be provided after the initial 30-day period.

How to Cancel

To cancel your membership:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to the "My Account" section.
  3. Select "Cancel Membership" and follow the prompts.
Alternatively, you can email our support team at [your support email] with your cancellation request. Please include your name, membership type, and reason for cancellation to help us improve our services.

Important Notes

  • Once your membership is canceled, you will no longer have access to the program’s content, resources, or discussion room after the billing cycle ends.
  • If you wish to rejoin, you will need to enroll again at the current membership rate.

1hr sessions are $160 excl. GST
1.5 hr sessions are $250 excl. GST
2 hr sessions are $297 excl. GST
