Why I created this

After nearly 30 years in nursing, and now as a counsellor and hypnotherapist, I’ve seen something over and over again:

What I’ve learned is this:

It happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, understand ourselves differently, and practise responding to life with more awareness, compassion, and self-trust.

That’s why I created MoveUp Self-Connection Circle.
Not as another overwhelming self-help program.

How much time do I need to commit?

All sessions are recorded, so you can watch or listen back in your own time whenever it feels right for you.
