Why I created this

After nearly 30 years in nursing, and now as a counsellor and hypnotherapist, I’ve seen something over and over again:
Many people are carrying years of stress, pressure, emotional conditioning, self-judgement, and survival patterns that once helped them cope but no longer feel sustainable.
And so many people are trying incredibly hard to “keep it together” while feeling exhausted underneath it all.

What I’ve learned is this:
Real growth does not happen through shame, pressure, or forcing yourself to push harder.
It happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, understand ourselves differently, and practise responding to life with more awareness, compassion, and self-trust.

That’s why I created the Overwhelm to Confidence Circle
Not as another overwhelming self-help program.
But as a space to gently reconnect with yourself — again and again — while being supported by tools, guidance, and community that help you stay grounded in everyday life.
