Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Single Purchase Program
- Due to the digital nature of the Self-Empowerment Program, all sales are final.
- Refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase if no significant course content has been accessed.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
- If you experience unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from using the program, please reach out to our support team at Carol@moveoncounselling.com.au.
- Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any refunds issued are at our sole discretion.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
If you wish to request a refund within the allowed timeframe:
- Email our support team at Carol@moveoncounselling.com.au with the subject line: “Cancellation Request – Self-Empowerment Program.”
- Include your full name, purchase date, and reason for cancellation in the email.
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Important Notes
- Once canceled, you will no longer have access to the program’s content, resources, or workbook.
- If you wish to regain access, you will need to repurchase the program at the current listed price.

1hr sessions are $160 excl. GST
1.5 hr sessions are $250 excl. GST
2 hr sessions are $297 excl. GST
