Refunds: If a service is canceled after payment, a full refund may be issued based on our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions & Cancellations

If you have an active subscription, it will auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription:
1️⃣ Log into MoveonCounselling.net/members
2️⃣ Go to My Account and select Cancel Membership
3️⃣ Alternatively, email carol@moveoncounselling.com.au

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

✔️ Stripe
By providing payment details, you authorize Moveon Counselling to charge your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to cancel transactions if any payment issues arise.

Refund Policy

Refund requests for services must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in non-refundable charges.

Consumer Protection Law

These Terms and Conditions comply with Australian Consumer Protection Laws. Your legal rights remain unaffected.

Limitation of Liability

Moveon Counselling (including its directors, employees, and affiliates) is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of this Site.
