Choose the type of coaching that fits your needs and book a free 20-30 minute call. We will talk about what you are working on, what you are hoping to achieve, and whether coaching is a good fit.
Based on our conversation, we will design a coaching package that fits your goals and timeline. Some clients book single sessions for specific needs. Others commit to ongoing work for deeper transformation.
Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes and can happen in person in Portland area or online via Zoom. We will work hands-on, exploring, discovering, and building tools you can use beyond our sessions.
Coaching works best when you feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and willing to try things that might feel like a stretch. I create a non-judgmental space where making discoveries is part of the process.
This is not just talking about your goals. It is actively exploring them. Depending on the type of coaching, you might work on your feet with material, use creative exercises, or engage in reflective practices that help you access new insights.
I will tell you what I see, both what is working and what is getting in your way. My feedback is always grounded in curiosity and support, but I will not shy away from asking hard questions or challenging you to push beyond your comfort zone.
Everything we work on is designed to give you tools you can use independently. Whether it is a preparation technique, a creative practice, or a new way of approaching challenges, coaching equips you to keep growing.
Book the call that best matches your goals, and let’s start with the kind of support you need most right now.
Coaching works best for people who are:
Coaching might not be the right fit if you are looking for quick fixes, are not willing to be honest, or expect someone else to do the work for you. This is a collaboration. I bring the tools and experience, but you bring the commitment and courage.
I have been a professional actor, director, and teacher for over 25 years, and I am a certified health and life coach. I know what it takes to prepare for high-stakes auditions, to develop a character, to work through creative blocks, and to show up authentically in moments that matter.
But more importantly, I know how to create a space where people feel safe to take risks, make discoveries, and do their best work. Whether we are working on a monologue or navigating a life transition, my approach is the same: I meet you where you are, honor your process, and challenge you to be courageously yourself.
I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here to help you discover what is possible.
Chris was warm and supportive in our session. He made me feel comfortable and free to play, to mess up, to go for it. He gave constructive feedback and offered fresh ideas for how to approach the text. I would absolutely work with him again.
