Because sometimes the struggle isn't that God hasn't spoken.
Sometimes there's simply so much competing for our attention—pressure, expectations, fear, responsibility, our own experiences and desires; that it becomes difficult to discern what we're hearing and where it's coming from.
The Spiritual Alignment Call is a place to begin that conversation.
We'll talk about what you're navigating, what feels unclear or unsettled, and what may be influencing how you're discerning your next step.
And if ongoing 1:1 coaching and mentorship could support you in this season, we'll talk honestly about what working together could look like.

You're a whole woman.
There are relationships, responsibilities, desires, disappointments, transitions, and parts of your life that inevitably affect how you build and lead.
And when you're accustomed to being the woman who figures things out, supports others, and keeps things moving, it can be difficult to recognize just how much you're carrying or how much of it may be influencing you.
This is a place where you can take off the leadership hat.
You don't have to come with the right words, a perfectly defined problem, or even know exactly what you're looking for.
Come with what you're carrying.
Together, we'll slow things down enough to begin noticing what's underneath the noise—the expectations, beliefs, fears, experiences, desires, or pressures that may be influencing how you're hearing, discerning, and responding.
Not so that I can tell you what God is saying.
But so that you have room to recognize what He may already be revealing to you.
Because you're not only an entrepreneur. You're a whole woman.

We'll make room for what's actually going on, not just what needs to be decided or accomplished.

I'll listen, ask questions, and help you begin recognizing the beliefs, expectations, pressures, or patterns that may be influencing how you're seeing what you're navigating.
It's about creating enough space to recognize what's happening within you, become attentive to the Holy Spirit, and discern where greater alignment may be needed.

I coach Christian women entrepreneurs who desire to live, build, and lead in partnership with the Holy Spirit.
And while business may be part of what brings us together, I'm not simply coaching your business.
I'm coaching the woman who is building it.
Because you bring you into everything you build.
Your relationship with God.
Your beliefs and experiences.
The expectations you've carried.
The pressure you put on yourself.
The relationships you're navigating.
The things you're afraid to get wrong.
Even the desires you haven't quite given yourself permission to acknowledge.
All of it can influence how you discern, make decisions, and lead.
As your coach, I'm willing to sit with you in those places.
I'll listen deeply. I'll ask questions that invite you to go beneath the obvious answer. I'll reflect what I'm hearing and help you recognize patterns or beliefs you may not be able to see while you're in the middle of them.
And yes, there will be moments when I'll lovingly challenge you.
But I won't take over your discernment.
I don't believe my role is to become the voice of God in your life or hand you a formula for what comes next.
My role is to create a coaching space where you can slow down, become aware of what's influencing you, and become attentive to the Holy Spirit, so that the decisions you make and the way you move forward are coming from a place of greater alignment with Him.
Because I don't want you dependent upon me for answers.
I want our work together to strengthen your ability to recognize His leading, trust what He's revealing, and respond to Him with greater confidence.
That's what it means to me to live and lead unhindered.

Do I need to know exactly what I need help with?
No.
You can come with a decision you keep revisiting, something that feels unsettled, a transition you're trying to discern, or simply the sense that there's more underneath what you're carrying than you've been able to sort through on your own.
You don't need to have the right words before we talk.
Will we talk about working together?
Yes.
The Spiritual Alignment Call is an opportunity for us to talk about what you're navigating and whether ongoing 1:1 coaching and mentorship would support you in this season.
If it feels like there may be a fit, I'll walk you through what working together looks like, including the structure, investment, and next steps.
There is no pressure to make a decision on the call.
Do I have to share something deeply personal?
No.
You decide what you're comfortable sharing.
We can begin with what you know you want support around and allow the conversation to unfold from there.
Will you tell me what God is saying or what I should do?
No.
My role is not to take over your discernment.
I may ask questions, reflect what I'm hearing, challenge something that seems important to examine, or invite you to consider what may be influencing how you're hearing and responding.
But your relationship with God remains your own.
The goal is to support you in becoming more aware, more attentive to the Holy Spirit, and more confident in how you move forward.
Is this business coaching?
Not in the traditional sense.
I'm not here to hand you a business blueprint, create your marketing strategy, or tell you exactly what to do next in your business.
I coach the woman who is building it.
That means our conversations may touch business, leadership, relationships, identity, transitions, boundaries, pressure, expectations, or anything else that is affecting how you live, build, and lead.
Is this therapy?
No.
Spiritual Alignment Coaching is coaching and mentorship. It is not mental health treatment, crisis care, or a substitute for therapy.
There may be moments when deeper emotional or therapeutic support is appropriate, and I honor the role qualified mental health professionals can play in that work.
What happens after the call?
If we both believe ongoing coaching and mentorship would be a good fit, I'll share the next steps with you.
If it's not the right fit or not the right time, that's okay too.
Either way, my goal is for the conversation to be honest, clear, and free from pressure.
You don't have to navigate this season alone.
Maybe you already know what needs your attention.
