Three Pillars of Successful Special Education Support

Welcome to Evolve Empowerment Initiative’s expanded service packages, created through direct input from families and built around three interconnected pillars, each addressing a distinct but equally important dimension of a child's life.

Home

Helping families create home environments that mirror and reinforce the supports students receive at school. Includes connection groups, sibling support, and social connection groups for caregivers.

School

The root work of IEP and 504 advocacy — fostering collaborative relationships with care teams and equipping families with communication skills that serve their children and protect those relationships.

Self

Empowering students to understand and embrace their disability, own their accommodations with confidence, and know how to hold important boundaries whenever necessary.

Six Solutions for Wrap Around Support

Evolve offers a full spectrum of services to support your student and their family through the special education process, each one centered on one of our three pillars of success. Home, School, and Self.
