Meet Heidi...
Heidi Wonder, mother of three and founder of Cultivating Joy Ministries, lives her life in testimony of God’s redeeming love and faithfulness. A self-proclaimed prodigal daughter, she left her Christian home searching for fulfillment. Instead she found herself in the throws of abuse, sexual void-filling, child loss, and addiction.
After losing her daughter, Hope, living in an abused women's shelter, years of running, and finding only empty relationships, she turned back to God. In a deep time of despair, she found his promises to redeem and never leave her alone.
Since then, Heidi has seen miracle after miracle in her life as God has continued to show himself faithful. Through clinging to him and his promises, she has found freedom from abuse, addiction, debt, and discouragement. She is also laying a foundation of strength and truth for her children, Benjamin and Neveah, and using her life to share Christ and help others find freedom.
Cultivating Joy Ministries, shares hope through women’s conferences and is in the beginning stages of opening Hope’s Mountain, a women and children’s home named in honor of Heidi’s daughter. Through her experiences and testimony, Heidi aims to help other women find true joy and freedom in Christ, helping them to overcome spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially.
