HOW DO I KNOW IF JOANNE MAY BE THE RIGHT COACH FOR ME?
As you spend time on this website, notice how you feel.
Does something about the way I speak about spirituality, inner guidance, love, possibility, and being fully human resonate with you?
Do you feel as though you could be honest with me about what is happening in your life — and also about what you would love?
You don't need absolute certainty before reaching out.
Sometimes a conversation is the simplest way for us to meet, get to know one another, and discover whether working together feels right for both of us.
IS JOANNE SAPERS A CERTIFIED LIFE COACH?
Yes.
Joanne has been a Certified Life Coach since 2014, receiving her training and certification through Mary Morrissey's Life Mastery Institute.
She has also been a Reiki Master since 2004 and is a Certified Hypnotist — a course of study she chose primarily because she wanted a deeper, more concrete understanding of the subconscious mind and the role our thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions can play in our lives.
Over the years, Joanne has completed more than 100 courses, trainings, and programs related to personal growth, spirituality, healing, consciousness, relationships, and human potential, along with numerous certifications.
She is also a graduate of Massachusetts College of Art—something that feels especially meaningful today as creativity, art, spirituality, and teaching become increasingly woven together in her life and work.
For Joanne, learning has never really ended.
Her certifications and professional training matter, but so do decades of spiritual study, lived experience, curiosity, and the ongoing practice of bringing what she learns into her own perfectly imperfect human life.
DO I HAVE TO SHARE JOANNE'S SPIRITUAL BELIEFS?
No.
Joanne does not teach religion.
What she teaches is based on spiritual principles of the Universe, grounded in Divine Love—for all and through all.
For us to be a good fit, however, you do need to be open to believing in a Power greater than yourself.
What you call that Power is completely your choice.
For you, it might be energy, nature, the Universe, God, Spirit, or something else that feels meaningful and true to you.
You don't need to believe exactly what Joanne believes or use the same spiritual language she uses.
She isn't here to tell you what to believe. She's here to honor your spiritual relationship while helping you listen more deeply to your own heart, your inner guidance, and what you are discovering from within.
WHAT DOES "LIVING YOUR HUMAN LIFE FROM A HIGHER PERSPECTIVE" MEAN?
It means your spirituality doesn't have to be separate from your everyday human life.
It can become part of how you experience your relationships, decisions, boundaries, dreams, creativity, fears, desires, mistakes, possibilities, and joy.
You can be deeply spiritual and completely human at the same time. For Joanne, living from a higher perspective means remembering that what is happening in front of us is not necessarily all that is available to us.
We can slow down, listen within, connect with something greater than ourselves, and become curious about what else may be possible.
You still get to be human. You simply don't have to forget your spiritual connection while you're doing it.
WHAT DOES JOANNE MEAN WHEN SHE TALKS ABOUT 3D AND 4D?
Joanne sometimes uses 3D and 4D as simple ways of describing two different perspectives.
3D is the physical, human world we can see and experience around us—our circumstances, relationships, responsibilities, conversations, challenges, and everyday lives.
When Joanne speaks about 4D, she is referring to an inner or invisible dimension of experience—consciousness, imagination, intuition, spiritual connection, possibility, and what we may begin to perceive when we become quieter and listen more deeply within.
These are spiritual concepts and language Joanne uses to describe her own understanding and experience.
You don't need to use these terms yourself.
What matters is whether becoming more deeply connected with your own inner and spiritual life feels meaningful to you.
HOW DO JOANNE'S INTUITION, CHANNELING, AND MEDIUMSHIP BECOME PART OF COACHING?
Joanne's intuition, channeling, and mediumship abilities are part of who she is and naturally influence the way she listens.
At times, something may come into her awareness that feels meaningful to share.
It is always your choice whether you would like to hear the message Joanne is receiving through Divine Love and Light.
Your heart, your inner wisdom, and what feels right for you are always at the center of our work together.
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WANT?
Then we have a beautiful place to begin.
Sometimes we have spent so much time responding to life, caring for others, doing what needs to be done, or listening to everyone else's voices that our own desires become difficult to hear.
You don't have to force yourself to know.
We can become curious together. What matters to you? What brings you alive?
What would you love to feel, experience, create, change, explore, or allow yourself to consider?
Sometimes clarity begins with giving yourself permission to ask the questions.
WHAT IF MY HEART AND MIND SEEM TO BE TELLING ME DIFFERENT THINGS?
That happens.
Your mind may be thinking about responsibilities, history, family, finances, risk, what other people might think, or everything that could possibly go wrong.
Meanwhile, your heart may be asking you to notice a desire, feeling, possibility, boundary, dream, or something you have known quietly for a very long time.
We don't have to make either one wrong.
Part of our work can be helping your heart and mind come into a more loving relationship with one another so you can listen more deeply and understand what feels true for you.
CAN WE STILL TALK ABOUT MY RELATIONSHIP?
Absolutely.
Relationships remain an important part of Joanne's work because they are such an important part of being human.
You may want to explore your romantic relationship, your relationship with yourself, family, friendships, boundaries, communication, or something you're experiencing with another person.
We can also explore your relationship with your dreams, desires, creativity, spiritual life, choices, or life itself.
Pathways to Relationships has become much larger than one kind of relationship.
It is about the many relationships that make up your human life.
WILL JOANNE TELL ME WHAT DECISION I SHOULD MAKE?
No.
Joanne isn't here to take over the authority you have in your own life.
Instead, she helps you slow things down, explore what you're experiencing, listen more deeply, and understand what your next step may be.
Sometimes that understanding may feel like a YES.
Sometimes it may be NO.
And sometimes the most loving answer may simply be NOT YET.
Your decisions remain yours.
IS COACHING THERAPY OR COUNSELING?
No.
Joanne's work is spiritual life coaching and teaching.
Coaching can give you space to explore your life, relationships, desires, beliefs, patterns, possibilities, spiritual connection, and what you would love to experience.
It is not psychotherapy, mental-health counseling, couples therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis intervention.
There may be times when coaching and another form of professional support can both have meaningful places in a person's life.
WHAT IF I FEEL SELFISH OR GUILTY FOR WANTING SOMETHING MORE FOR MY LIFE?
Many women have spent years believing in other people, caring for the people they love, meeting responsibilities, and putting their own desires somewhere farther down the list.
Wanting something for yourself doesn't mean you have stopped loving anyone else.
Perhaps there is something within you asking to be heard too.
A dream.
A desire.
More joy.
Greater freedom.
A different experience of love, creativity, spirituality, or simply being alive.
We can become curious about what your wanting may be showing you rather than immediately deciding you shouldn't want it.
WHAT IF I'M AFRAID IT'S TOO LATE FOR ME?
Your history is part of your life, but it doesn't have to determine every possibility that remains.
Maybe there is something you've wanted for years.
Perhaps you've said no to it before, decided it wasn't practical, believed it was impossible, or wondered whether too much time had passed.
You don't have to know how everything could happen before allowing yourself to become curious about what you would love now.
Your life is happening now.
And now is a beautiful place to begin.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A COACHING SESSION?
We begin with you and what you would love.
From there, we become curious about what is happening between where you are and what you want to experience.
A thought, feeling, fear, belief, old story, desire, question, or possibility may become one of the dots we explore through the Love Dot Loop Rhythm Method.
My role is to listen deeply, ask questions, teach, share what I notice when it feels meaningful, and help you hear what your own heart may be wanting you to know.
There is no script you have to follow.
We begin exactly where you are and allow the conversation to unfold from there.
DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO SIX WEEKS, THREE MONTHS, OR SIX MONTHS TO WORK WITH JOANNE?
No.
You can begin with one 75-minute coaching session.
For some women, one meaningful conversation may be exactly what they want.
Others know they would love more time and space to explore, deepen, and bring what they're discovering into their everyday lives.
Six weeks, three months, and six months are different amounts of time and space—not different levels of success.
One isn't better than another.
We can talk together about what feels meaningful for you.
