The Origin Story

Why Acorn?

"From a little nut, a great tree grows."

A Small Seed, A Whole Life

Everything you need is already inside you.

An acorn doesn't have to become an oak. It already is one — the whole tree folded quietly inside a shell no bigger than your thumb. Roots, branches, a hundred autumns of leaves. All of it, already there.

That's how I've come to see the people I work with. You aren't broken. You aren't missing pieces. You're an acorn — carrying everything you need to heal, to grow, and to live a life that actually feels like yours.

My work is simply to help you crack open — gently, in your own time — and remember what's been in there all along.

The Symbol

Rooted. Reaching. Rising.

Look closely at the logo and you'll see it: a figure with arms raised toward the sky, cradling an acorn at the heart, standing on ground that curves like a held hand. Branches spread into oak leaves overhead.

🌱

Roots

Grounded in the body. Nutrition, breath, energy — the real work of coming home.

🌰

The Acorn

The self you already are. Whole, held at the heart, waiting to unfold.

🌳

The Branches

The joyful, expansive life reaching outward once the healing takes root.

Healing the body. Building the life.

One tree, two branches. Both grow from the same root system, and both are needed for the whole life to flourish.

Living My Joy

DreamBuilder and Life Mastery coaching for the next chapter — when you're ready to build a life, not just recover one.

The acorn had to heal before it could grow. And the tree still needs its roots long after the leaves come in.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about uncovering what was already there — patient, whole, and waiting.
