Calm Your Nervous System, Release Stress, Move with Ease
Stress shows up in your body as tension, bracing, or overwhelm. In a session, we meet your nervous system where it is and guide it toward safety, ease, and clarity — so changes can be felt, not just understood.
You’ll be guided gently and intentionally through Clinical EFT (tapping), a powerful, evidence-informed method that helps your body and brain communicate safety and calm.
Over time, habitual stress responses soften, and your nervous system begins to settle in ways that feel natural and sustainable.

The short answer is you. You can benefit from EFT.
You can benefit from EFT if:
you want more ... confidence, peace, love, money, time, creativity, harmony, etc.
you want less ... stress, anxiety, overwhelm, depression, pain, problems, anger, loneliness, etc.
you desire a change in your life of any kind and want to get unstuck
you're going through, or have gone through, a difficult time and are emotionally affected (such as divorce, loss of a loved one, job loss, an accident, a difficult childhood)
you have fears or phobias and don't want them anymore
you struggle with cravings and/or unwanted habits (ie. procrastination, overeating, over-thinking, seeking approval)
you want to improve your performance at work, at school, as a parent or spouse
you have anything that bothers you.
You might be asking, "How can EFT really help in all those areas?"
Because wherever there are emotions involved, EFT can help...and I can't name one thing where emotions are not involved. Can you?!
What is EFT?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. It is also known as Tapping because it involves using your fingertips to tap on acupressure points on your body.
Fascinatingly, research shows this simple, gentle action is powerful enough to rewire your brain!
When you think about something that bothers you, your brain stresses and your body feels it. Research shows tapping on specific points of your body sends calming signals to the brain. When you think about something that bothers you as you tap on these points, you rewire your brain for calmness. You essentially tell your brain and body that "this is not an issue; there's no need to stress", in a language that your brain and body understand.
This method has deep roots in the field of psychology. It has long been known (since the 1800s) that there are links between our psychology and physiology - meaning your mind and body are connected. EFT is a mind-body approach to decreasing stress.
