Stress shows up in your body as tension, bracing, or overwhelm. In a session, we meet your nervous system where it is and guide it toward safety, ease, and clarity — so changes can be felt, not just understood.

You’ll be guided gently and intentionally through Clinical EFT (tapping), a powerful, evidence-informed method that helps your body and brain communicate safety and calm. 

Over time, habitual stress responses soften, and your nervous system begins to settle in ways that feel natural and sustainable.

Sessions are available virtually via Zoom, or in-person in Carman, Manitoba.

The investment for six sessions is $710 + GST.
