Frequently Asked

Before you choose

Can I join more than one offer?
Yes! The membership options grant you access to different offers, which all complement each other. If paying another monthly subscription is too much right now, I get that too. You can access free and flexible options for now and build upon that if more support is needed.
How long do I have access?
The course and digital resources come with lifetime access — you can return to them through every postpartum season and stage of motherhood. The community is offered as an ongoing membership. The Care Course and Care Collection will continue to grow and expand as well. I welcome feedback so that the program delivers exactly what moms need.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
These offers are clinician-created educational and supportive resources, but they are not a substitute for individual therapy or crisis care. If you are struggling, please also reach out to a licensed provider in your area.
What if I am not sure which one fits?
Send me a quick message and share a little about your season. I will help you decide the best starting point for you.
