Throughout my journey as a business owner, coach, and healer, I have often preached the importance of living in alignment with one's values and purpose. As I’ve spent years helping others find balance and joy, I’ve realized the profound weight of practicing what I preach. Recent experiences—especially while traveling for business, navigating a health crisis and writing reflective blogs—have solidified an undeniable truth: my fulfillment no longer lies in the world of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial coaching.
I’ve realized that version of me has completed its cycle. The work I once loved no longer brings the deep satisfaction it once did. Instead, my soul yearns for the richness of holistic healing and spiritual guidance, which aligns perfectly with my heart's true calling.
A Shift Towards Full Alignment
Since 2013, I’ve worked with clients battling depression, anxiety, chronic illnesses, autoimmune disorders, PTSD, and other deeply rooted challenges. These conditions often manifest as physical ailments, yet at their core, they stem from self-loathing and a disconnect from one's true purpose. Through my training in Body-Centered Hypnotherapy, Shamanic Energy Healing, and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, I have witnessed the transformative power of guiding individuals back to themselves.
It is time for me to focus all my energy and talents in this space. I will step fully into my role as a holistic medicine woman and guide, offering services under The Wild Sage Society. Here, I will bring together all I have learned—from coaching to spiritual practices—to support others in finding their own alignment, healing, and empowerment.
Honoring My Past Work
I honor the journey that led me here. The countless hours of coaching and financial consulting helped shape my understanding of people's struggles with scarcity, fear, and control. But I’ve grown beyond those frameworks. The skills I cultivated will continue to inform my work, but now, they will serve a new purpose: to help my clients not only manage their external lives but heal from within.
This shift is not just about a career change; it’s about living fully and authentically. I’m deeply committed to embracing this new path, and I invite you to join me in exploring the healing power of holistic practices. Let’s journey together to raise our vibrations and live lives of true purpose and connection.

By now, we’ve explored the different ways energy leaks can show up in our lives—financially, emotionally, mentally. But knowing where your energy leaks are isn’t enough. The real transformation happens when we take action to seal those leaks, so we can stop pouring our energy into places that no longer serve us and start directing it toward the things that matter most.
What Does It Mean to Seal Energy Leaks?
Sealing energy leaks is about closing the gaps where your energy is being drained. It’s about creating healthy boundaries, systems, and practices that support your well-being and allow you to channel your energy in a way that’s sustainable. It’s not just about plugging up the leaks—it’s about shifting how you relate to your energy, so you can live from a place of abundance rather than depletion.
For me, sealing energy leaks has been a journey of learning to trust myself. Trusting that it’s okay to say no, that I deserve to be compensated for my work, and that I can handle the emotions that come up when life throws challenges my way.
How to Seal Energy Leaks
Here are some actionable steps to start sealing energy leaks in different areas of your life:
- Financial Leaks: Set up automated systems for invoicing, billing, and payments. Get clear on your boundaries around pricing and payment terms. Regularly review your finances so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Emotional Leaks: Practice emotional release. Whether it’s through journaling, therapy, or talking to a trusted friend, let yourself fully process your feelings instead of bottling them up.
- Mental Leaks: Create a daily practice of mindfulness or meditation to clear mental clutter. Set time limits on worrying or overthinking—once the timer is up, refocus on something productive.
Reclaiming Your Power
When we seal our energy leaks, we reclaim our power. We stop wasting energy on things that drain us and start directing it toward growth, creativity, and purpose. For me, this process has been transformational. I’ve gone from feeling scattered and constantly tired to feeling energized and focused, with more clarity in my business and my personal life.
So this week, I invite you to take a look at where your energy is going.
Are there leaks you’re ready to seal those leaks of yours? Small changes can lead to big shifts, and the energy you reclaim will empower you to move forward with more clarity, focus, and joy.
