Family Matters
Family is one of God’s greatest gifts — but let’s be honest, it can also be one of life’s hardest places to navigate. Between stress, communication struggles, past hurt, busy schedules, grief, and everyday pressures, families can begin to feel disconnected instead of united.
Family Matters is a faith-based workshop designed to help individuals and families strengthen relationships, rebuild connection, improve communication, and create a healthier, Christ-centered home environment. Through real conversations, practical tools, reflection, encouragement, and biblical truth, participants will discover how healing, grace, forgiveness, and intentional love can transform a family from surviving to thriving.
This workshop focuses on:
- Building stronger communication
- Navigating conflict in healthy ways
- Creating emotional and spiritual connection
- Breaking unhealthy cycles
- Leading with love, grace, and accountability
- Restoring peace within the home
- Strengthening faith during difficult seasons
- Learning how to support one another through change and challenges
Whether your family is healing, growing, blended, struggling, rebuilding, or simply wanting to grow deeper together, this workshop creates a safe and encouraging space to reflect, reconnect, and move forward with purpose.
“As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” — Joshua 24:15

Age is something we all experience, yet many people struggle with it. We live in a world that celebrates youth while often overlooking the beauty, wisdom, and purpose that come with growing older. This workshop explores how God's grace meets us in every season of life. Whether you are young, middle-aged, or in your later years, God still has a purpose, a calling, and a plan for you.
Together we will discuss the blessings, challenges, lessons, and opportunities that come with each stage of life and discover how to embrace aging with gratitude instead of fear.
"The glory of young men is their strength, but the splendor of old men is their gray hair." Proverbs 20:29

Have you ever looked in the mirror and felt frustrated with where you are physically?
Maybe life got busy.
Maybe grief showed up.
Maybe stress, anxiety, caregiving, illness, depression, work, or simply life happened.
Maybe grief showed up.
Maybe stress, anxiety, caregiving, illness, depression, work, or simply life happened.
This workshop is not about six-pack abs, diet culture, or unrealistic expectations.
This workshop is about learning to care for the body God gave you while extending yourself the same grace God extends to you every day.
We will explore how faith, movement, nutrition, mindset, and self-compassion work together to help us honor God with our health journey.
"Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own?"
