One common method is the "sigilization" process popularized by chaos magicians like Austin Osman Spare. This involves taking the letters of the statement, removing any repeated letters, and then combining the remaining letters into a unique symbol.

This can be done through various means, such as meditation, visualization, chanting, or rituals. Boundaries don't need to be a bad thing. I feel like we all have a negative feeling when it comes to setting them or even taking care of ourselves.

Why can we easily help out others but when we need the same support from ourselves, we don't give it?
