Hi, I’m Sheryl 

For many years I built my career in Internal Audit within the corporate sector, helping organisations strengthen governance, manage risk and improve performance.

I have always loved the challenge of understanding how things work and working with people across organisations to find better ways forward.

Over time, particularly after becoming a mother and embarking on my own health journey, I began to explore another area that deeply fascinated me - human health, performance and wellbeing.

This led me to retrain as a Holistic Health Coach and Integrative Health Practitioner, studying the powerful connections between lifestyle, hormones, energy and long-term health.

What started as a personal pursuit quickly evolved into a passion for helping others better understand their bodies and create sustainable habits that support both wellbeing and high performance.

What I realised along the way is that my background in auditing and my work in health are not separate paths - they are highly complementary. 

Whether looking at organisational systems or personal wellbeing, the goal is the same: identify what’s not working and implement practical strategies for improvement.

Today my work sits at the intersection of corporate performance, wellbeing and human potential.

Through my work with individuals and organisations, I help people understand the lifestyle foundations that support energy, resilience and long-term health  including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress resilience and sustainable habits. These are the same foundations that enable people to perform at their best both professionally and personally.

My mission has always been simple: to help people show up as the most energised, focused and capable version of themselves at work and in life.

Elevated Wellness is a structured coaching program designed to help women optimise their health, performance and longevity. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, the program aligns evidence-based lifestyle strategies with each woman’s phase of life, physiology and personal goals.

Using the Elevated Wellness Method, we focus on the core pillars of nutrition, movement, sleep, recovery, detox and connections and work together to build sustainable habits that support your energy, resilience and long-term vitality.

Through a personalised coaching journey, we focus on building self-awareness, emotional intelligence and strategic clarity so leaders can communicate effectively, make confident decisions and lead with greater influence.
