Vision Mastery is an online training course that takes place over 10 modules. Each module includes a lecture component on theory and practice, interspersed with coaching and training activities where you’ll apply what you are learning to your own domain.

Not having a vision and reacting to things as they come up, no longer cuts it. You must identify where you want to go and how you will get there. The question is, how do they do this? This course will cover fundamentals of the vision and strategy process, so you can lead your team through it with confidence.

You are either a product manager leading a team and having a product, or you are a leader, who wants to lead through a vision. This will help you get started on that path.
