A Little About Me
A former family law attorney, who now works as a Strategist/Coach for pro se, pro per (self-represendted) litigants. Providing insight, support, and guidance as you navigate the complex Family Court System.
With 19 years in the field of family law, I help you prepare, present and position your case to get the outcome you want. STRATEGY is the key!
Family Court Consulting is getting more 1:1 support for your Family Court case. We help with EVERY SINGLE aspect of your case so that you don’t have to worry about anything….well almost EVERYTHING. We help you come up with a strategy for your case; we do your research; prepare documents*; review documents*; file documents on your behalf; help you find the right fit if you need an attorney; help you with locating addresses; and so much more. We don’t want you to worry about anything but showing up to court case prepared, ready to be your own best advocate and in the best position to get exactly what you want. We know that your emotions are high, that you can’t think straight all the time and want things to be over sooner rather than later. That’s our mission too! We serve as your “second set of eyes and ears” so to speak.
Family Court Consulting is for anyone who is tired of being ripped off by incompetent attorneys, or who is sick of being defeated by the other party or over the angst Family Court causes. You can be self-represented, attorney represented or in between attorneys either way you will certainly benefit from having a Family Court strategist consulting you. It doesn’t matter which stage the case is in whether it’s a high-conflict divorce, a contested custody, has parental alienation involved any type of abuse, etc. having Family Court consulting can only increase your chances of getting the best outcome for you.
We DO NOT replace your attorney, we just help you position your case best with or without an attorney. We have an initial Intake meeting to get the full details of your case and background, review all your relevant documents, check your court’s portal (where applicable) for status; and then we get started. We start out by developing a thorough Strategic Action Plan (Casemap) to help you get a detailed overview of your case. Then we set up a weekly meeting schedule where we will discuss the status, updates, concerns, etc. related to your case. In between meetings, you will access to your client portal where you can communicate with us, check for notes, keep notes, access learning materials. etc. We meet virtually, via Zoom, (or if you prefer by phone).
NOTE: Although the Unbundled Services are included in the package, there is a limit to the number of services based on the package you choose.
A lawyer or a therapist has limited influence on the general process of going through a divorce or custody battle. With Family Court Consulting, our goal is to bridge that gap and fill in the blanks left by the lawyer, therapist, etc. Too many times Family Court litigants have way more questions than answers but have no one to ask in real time. Especially right before an emergency motion, or hearing or trial. Not to mention, the lawyer will focus on the law, the therapist will focus on the emotional/mental, no one helps you to focus on the practical, logical or the strategic. That’s where we come in. We offer a different perspective on EVERY aspect of your case, from angles that your lawyer hasn’t viewed the case. This will greatly increase your chances of scoring the victory you desire, and your lawyer struggles to get. There is NO MAGIC BULLET so no one can guarantee any specific outcome. But there are things you can implement that can certainly increase your chances of getting more “wins”.

ONE-TIME SESSIONS
Half-hour session: $150
Full-hour session: $250
PER DIEM PACKAGES
5 hours package: $1,295
10 hours package: $2,395
20 hours package: $4,495
The per diem service covers:
- Last minute pep talk/ motivational conversation before mediation, settlement conferences, depositions, or court.
- On call access during negotiation, emergency hearings, court appearances or trial.
- Real-time strategies to implement for better outcomes.
- On the spot document interpretation, review.
- Instant procedural rules or caselaw, law research for motions, hearings or trial.
- Lookup the judge, attorneys, Guardian ad litem, expert, etc.
NOTE: Our Trial Prep service, or any Unbundled Services not listed, are not covered. These are separate services.
The Consulting Packages come in different options:
One Month package: $1,495 ($3,500 value)
Three Month package: $3,995 ($10,000 value)
Six Month package: $7,995 ($20,000 value)
The packages includes:
- Weekly half- hour Zoom (video) calls, up to 4x within one calendar month ($600 value)
- Creation of personalized Strategic Action Plan (Casemap) that will focus on a Game plan based on the critical facts, factors, background of your specific case; (visit HERE to find out what the Casemap entails) ($995 value);
- Constant discussion & updates on customized Strategic Action Plan (Casemap), in meeting or via unlimited email access ($1,000 value)
- Daily email support on anything related to your case;

Document Review (up to 150 pages) ($1,000 value);
Document Prep (up to 3 documents*) ($1,500 value);
Judge and Attorney Lookup/Search ($300 value);
Legal Research (up to 2 hours) ($500 value) or
Background Search ($200 value); - FREE! family law templates & forms, pdf guides, workshops, etc.
The 3 or 6-month packages additionally includes*:
Updated Strategic Plan; Attorney Referral; Court Procedure/Roadmap (for your specific jurisdiction); Custody Evaluator, Parental Alienation, DV expert search/screen; GAL, lawyer & judge background check; coparenting or divorce coach referral; grievance or bar complaint assistance; personal background search; and more.
NOTE: Our Trial Preparation service is NOT covered. If you need 1:1 Trial preparation, that is a separate service. However, we can discuss trial preparation strategy as it relates to your specific goals.
*The documents prepared do NOT include briefs, ex parte motions, summary judgment motions or any document that requires extensive research or that is more than 5 pages long.
