GAL Meeting or Custody Forensics Prep Strategy Session$350
$350
The Guardian ad Litem or Forensics Strategy Session is a specialized consultation for parents preparing to engage with court-appointed professionals—whether it’s a Guardian ad Litem (GAL), custody evaluator, or forensic psychologist. These professionals often have major influence over your custody outcome, so knowing how to engage strategically is critical.
In this session, you’ll:
- Understand the role, limits, and authority of GALs and forensic evaluators.
- Prepare to communicate effectively without oversharing, triggering bias, or seeming uncooperative.
- Learn how to document concerns and provide evidence without sounding accusatory or defensive.
- Identify how your behavior, tone, and presentation may be interpreted—and how to shift it strategically.
- Build a plan to highlight your strengths as a parent while anticipating and neutralizing the other side’s narratives.
Whether you're dealing with a biased GAL, facing a high-conflict evaluator, or unsure how to advocate for yourself without looking combative—this session is designed to give you clarity, control, and courtroom advantage. Walk in prepared. Walk out empowered.
THIS MEETING IS NOT FOR GAL OR FORENSICS REPORT review. If you have already met with either of these and you want to discuss what happened, the report, etc., you will need to schedule the Specific Issue Strategy session instead.
You can submit documents in advance to be reviewed.
The time allotted for review of documents is .25 hr. The remaining .75hr will be allotted for actual meeting time.
NOTE: You can submit up to 10 pgs to be reviewed in advance. Anything beyond this page limit will incur additional fees.
