Three words that can be used in two ways for you to have one wonderful Wednesday, or for that matter every day

It will help you to turn your frown, upside down, and shift you from a negative Nelly to a positive Pollyanna

These three words will shift your mind space into a place that will give you a different perspective of the world you are living in and experiencing

Why don't people get what they want?

Why is it that people who begin a course or a coaching program or a self-improvement program do not finish the program.

It’s not uncommon for only 10 to 20% of people who start on a self improvement or self development program achieve their desired outcome

Why is this?

I believe that the reason for this is that their mindset, their beliefs, their perceptions, their values are not in alignment with the outcome they wish to achieve

How can this be changed?

The way to change, the outcome is to become aligned within yourself, to have yourself image, your identity of yourself must be in alignment with the person you wish to be with the life you want to have 

When working on the change of your current self image, the two things that are important to remember
1. Imagination creates reality.
2. The feeling is the secret.

What I mean is that you must use your imagination to be able to see the ideal version of yourself, and to be able to step in to this of you. And after doing this get in touch with the feeling of what it feels like to be the ideal version of you.

Do you want to know the secret to opening up someone else’s mind for your ideas?
Have you ever had the experience where you talking to another person but you don’t seem to be getting through? They don’t seem to be listening to what you’ve got to say.

It’s like, when you’re speaking, there isn’t any engagement, they aren’t participating in the conversation with you.
The key to having the other person engaging in conversation with you, and a meaningful conversation, is to focus on them. 

Let me say from the get go, that you are not a mind reader. You do not know what is going on in that other persons life. You do not know what they’re looking for. You do not know what’s important for them.

My suggestion is to start your conversation by asking them something that most people don’t take the time to do. And that is to ask the other person “What’s the most important thing to you?”

To sharpen this further you could put it in context. Eg what’s the most important thing to you in your business or your career or your health ?
As soon as you start asking questions like this, the other persons mind opens up because they know it’s about them not about you.

Why not put it into Practice and see what happens for you? You’ll be amazed at the difference in the quality of your conversations.
