What's it all about?

Constructive Rest is a simple lie down, but it's more than just a rest: you learn essential skills for quietening your mind and bringing your body into rest - an ease that stays with you even when you're up and about.
These skills can be used for pain management or simply as a preparation for sleep.
We are hypermobility/hEDS aware - this is a safe, gentle practice that is good for symptomatic hypermobility.
