Constructive Rest Club
3 guided sessions to relearn how to rest
Resting and relaxing well is something we can struggle to do - but it is a skill you can re-learn by using Constructive Rest!

In this Introductory Series, each session has a different theme - focussing on different areas of the body, then how to link it all together.

Guided sessions will show you exactly what to do, and how to get deeper rest for yourself, whenever you need it.

We're live 3rd, 8th & 11th March 2026

The sessions are recorded so you can revisit them, or catch up on a missed one.
What is Constructive Rest?

Constructive Rest is a simple lie down, in a supportive, neutral position, but it's much more than just that: you learn essential skills for quietening your mind and bringing your body into rest. You can achieve an ease that stays with you even when you're up and about.

These skills can be used for pain management, soothing a stressed out mind and body, or simply as a preparation for sleep.

The skill bit is on how you focus on your body, and how you think...  it's better to just experience it than read an explanation - come and join us!
We are hypermobility/hEDS aware - this is a safe, gentle practice that is good for symptomatic hypermobility.
