My journey into the subconscious mind  began from a place of personal exploration and understanding. Quite frankly - I was down bad. I was struggling with mental health, drug and alcohol addiction, and intense self hate.🤮

I hit rock bottom a few times - and decided it was time to commit to myself. commit to my soul - and my growth. And boy - did that open the floodgates. The Universe started to bring in the resources and mentors I was desperately seeking. 

I spent the next 5 years deep diving into consciousness, the subconscious, manifestation, and the universal laws. I am a certified hypnotherapist and life coach with a specialization in the subconscious mind.
