I fell out of love with real estate—
The chaos of life pulled me into a different fate.
Divorce drama, challenges, too many loops
I had to step away, give my heart a little room to regroup.

The world spun fast, my spirit feeling drained,
I needed a break, to heal, to reclaim.
Success came, but I had to let it all go,
To take the time to pause, to breathe, to grow.

But somewhere in the healing, the spark came back,
A fire that had dimmed, now blazing the track.
Refocused, renewed, I’m back in the game,
And this time, it’s different—no rush, no shame.

Walking in the dreams of my ancestors' grace,
Their strength, their courage, now lighting my place.
In the footsteps of those who came before,
Honoring their struggles, their dreams, and more.

I’m not great at social media or making videos online ,
But coaching my agents? That’s where I truly align.

Listen, listen—if you’re a real estate agent looking for consistent listings, you better stop sleeping on expired listings. These homes didn’t sell for a reason, and that’s where YOU come in to make it right! Expired listings are straight-up gold for agents who know how to show up, provide value, and close deals.

Why Do Listings Expire?

Before you slide in with your pitch, understand WHY that house is still sitting:
🚨 Overpricing – The seller shot for the moon, and buyers didn’t bite. Time for a reality check and a solid pricing strategy.
📸 Bad Photos or No Photos – Let’s be real—buyers scroll past ugly or blurry pictures. The listing needs a glow-up.
📢 Weak Marketing – If the last agent didn’t put in WORK on social media, ads, or networking, it’s no wonder the house didn’t sell.
🚪 Limited Access – If buyers couldn’t get in to see the home, how were they supposed to fall in love with it?
🏚 Property Condition – Some homes need love before they’re ready to hit the market again.
📞 Poor Communication – If the seller felt ignored by their last agent, they’re frustrated and skeptical. That’s your chance to be the solution!

How to Win Over Expired Listings

Now that you know the problem, here’s how you become the solution.
💡 Step 1: Call ASAP: Don’t wait. Within 24-48 hours of that listing expiring, call the seller and introduce yourself. They’re already getting calls from agents, so you need to stand out. Be warm, confident, and straight-up helpful.
💬 What to Say:
“Hey [seller’s name], I saw your home was on the market but didn’t sell. That’s frustrating, I get it. I specialize in getting homes SOLD after they expire. Can I stop by and share what I do differently?”
🔥 Step 2: Be the Solution, Not Just Another Agent: Don’t just tell them you can sell the house—show them how.
  • Offer a fresh marketing plan (better photos, social media ads, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Provide a real pricing strategy (backed by market data, not guesswork).
  • Bring energy! Sellers want an agent who is hungry, passionate, and gets results.
🔁 Step 3: Follow Up Like a Boss: Most agents give up after one call. Don’t be that agent. Sellers are often hesitant at first, so you need to follow up multiple times. Use calls, texts, emails, and even pop by if they’re local.
💥 Step 4: Make the Process Easy: Expired listing sellers are tired. They don’t want more stress. Break down your process step-by-step so they feel secure and confident working with you.

Turn Rejections into Opportunities

Not every seller will be ready right away. Some might be mad at their last agent, some might say they’re “waiting.” Cool. Stay on their radar. A lot of these sellers will relist within a few months. If you stay consistent, friendly, and professional, you’ll be the first one they call.
