I'm Keira Ingram. Broker. Coach. Author. Licensed preacher since the age of 14. And mom to four amazing kids who remind me every day why the work matters.
After nearly 20 years of marriage, I found myself starting over. No roadmap. No guarantee. Just purpose, grit, and a God who wasn't done with me yet. That season didn't break me — it built me into everything I am today.

Now I help REAL BOSSes — Resilient, Effective, Ambitious Leaders — build thriving businesses, lead with impact, and create legacies they are proud of. Not by grinding themselves into the ground, but by building with intention, systems, and faith.

As a proud African American woman leading one of the few Black woman-owned brokerages in Pennsylvania, I know what it means to walk into rooms where people who look like you are rare. I also know what it means to open the door so others can follow. Through REB Realty and Advantage Business Academy, I work every day to increase real estate education, ownership, and wealth in Black, Brown, and underserved communities. This isn't charity work. This is legacy work.

My previous roles as Education Board Chairwoman of NARAB Philadelphia and co-chairwoman of the Black Lives Matter Real Estate Forum Philadelphia Project weren't titles — they were commitments. To change. To access. To making sure the table is bigger than I found it.

I'm not just doing my part to uphold the culture. I'm working to transform it.

Yes, I'm The Real Estate Queenpin. But I'm also Joshua, Jael, Caleb, and Calah's mom ... and that title means EVERYTHING to me.

I'm introverted at heart but called to be out front. I mentor agents, lead a weekly Bible study for entrepreneurs and leaders, plan retreats, and knock things off my LIVE List because I refuse to wait for someday. I've been licensed to preach since I was 14 years old and my faith isn't something I practice on Sundays, it's the foundation everything else is built on.

My story isn't defined by titles or trophies. It's defined by resilience, grace, and the choice to keep going even when starting over felt impossible. I'm proof that heartbreak doesn't have the last word. That setbacks aren't the end of your story. And that you can build something beautiful from the broken pieces.
