My personal journey began in 2015 when panic attacks led me to the emergency room. Feeling isolated and embarrassed, I embarked on a determined quest for recovery. Living in a culture where mental health was often stigmatized, I leaned into my clinical expertise and sought virtual therapy. Through research, education, and personal growth, I discovered a path to healing.

Drawing from over two decades as an educator and a background as a licensed clinical professional counselor and certified professional coach, I've crafted an approach that combines education, empowerment, and coaching. My philosophy centers on equipping you with knowledge, fostering your inner strength, and guiding you toward lasting change.

My qualifications extend beyond professional credentials; they stem from my personal transformation.
