Hey! I'm Nikki
I support women over 40 to integrate a healthy lifestyle with ease and longevity. We all know what we "should" be doing to live healthy but what if your body is asking for something else? Our body speaks to us all the time and mine was telling me it was tired, worn out from the day to day grind and in need of some TLC. What exactly that looked like took me 2 years of self reflection and integration. While working on myself and dedicating the past 19 years to support others to live healthy I am on a mission to share and transform health prevention as we know it.
