My Story (a quick rewind)
I grew up in upstate New York as the oldest of three - and the big sister to two Deaf siblings. (Yep! I'm fluent in ASL - American Sign Language.) My childhood taught me how to live between worlds - to listen differently, interpret deeply, and stay endlessly curious about how people express who they are.
By the time I moved from New York to Indiana my junior year of high school (thanks, Mom and Dad... insert teen Amelia's dramatic eye roll 😅), it was my eighth school relocation. Each move taught me how to tear down my world and rebuild it - fast. I learned to adapt quickly, make connections easily, and find meaning wherever I landed. Indiana, for all its lessons and growing pains over the past couple of decades, deepened my endurance and grounded my understanding of people and place.
Now, I'm following the call to Northern California, where I'll be chasing sunsets, breathing fresh ocean air, and losing myself in the redwoods - always answering the invitation to become more of who I'm meant to be.
My heart beats for nature, hiking adventures, salty ocean breezes, and getting lost in artistic creations. Whether it’s solving puzzles, channeling the energy of crystals, or bringing stories to life in musical theater, I dive all the way in. I bring the same energy - curiosity, depth, and creative fire - to every session and conversation.
